How do I contact Concrete Material Calculator?
Reach us at hello [at] concretematerialcalculator.com. Replace “ [at] ” with “@” in your email app. We read correction requests, bug reports, and suggestions for new calculators or guide topics. The site is intentionally small and free, so email is the best channel for now; there is no account dashboard, ticket portal, or contractor-matching backend.
What should I include in a calculator bug report?
Include the calculator page, unit system, every dimension you entered, quantity, waste factor, selected bag size, and the result you expected. If the issue is about a post hole, include diameter, depth, number of holes, and whether the soil widened during digging. If the issue is about blocks, include wall length, wall height, block size, mortar assumption, and whether core fill was turned on.

Can you check my concrete order?
We can explain how a calculator works, fix a confusing assumption, and correct content that is incomplete or wrong. We cannot verify a real order, provide a construction quote, design a structural slab, approve a footing, or tell you what your local building department requires. For those questions, contact a concrete supplier, contractor, engineer, or local code office.
Can I request a new calculator?
Yes. Useful requests describe the project, the measurements users normally know, the material units they buy, and the decision the result should support. For example, “driveway cost” requires more than slab volume because gravel base, reinforcement, old-concrete removal, drainage, and installed labor can all change the answer. Thin reskins are intentionally avoided until the engine can model the job properly.
Can you recommend a concrete supplier?
Not at this stage. The site does not operate a supplier marketplace, collect lead forms, or rank local contractors. If supplier or affiliate links are added later, they will be separated from the calculator estimate and disclosed clearly. For now, use the calculator output as a planning number to compare with local ready-mix plants, rental yards, or home-center bag prices.

Where can I find common answers?
For basic unit questions, waste factor, and bag rounding, start with the help page. For formula details, read how to calculate concrete. For bag yields and pallet-size planning, use the concrete bag sizes guide. Those pages answer most estimating questions faster than email.
How fast will you reply?
We prioritize reproducible calculator issues, factual corrections, and safety-related clarifications. General project questions may not receive individual estimating advice, especially when the answer depends on local pricing, soil, loads, permits, or building code. Even when we update a page based on your note, the site remains an estimating reference, not a professional service.
Should I send photos or personal project details?
Send only what is needed to understand the issue. A typed summary of the dimensions and calculator settings is usually more useful than a photo. Do not send sensitive personal information, payment details, permit documents, or private customer data. If a screenshot helps, remove addresses, phone numbers, and names before attaching it.
What happens after a correction request?
If the report identifies a real bug or unclear assumption, the relevant page can be updated and retested. That may include changing explanatory copy, adding a FAQ, clarifying a data table, or improving validation. Formula changes are handled more carefully because the core calculation engine is intentionally frozen unless there is a documented reason to revise it.
